RONIX, the wakeboarding based brand, is back with another colorway for their “Road Trip Trucker” styled fitted baseball cap. The big name clothing brand based out of New York, SUPREME, is back with a small preview of their Spring/Summer 2012 line. There are three different styles: Script, SNY, and Box Logos. One of the styles called “Script” comes in six different colorways: Navy/Orange, Red/White, Blue/Red, Grey/Black, Light Blue/Red, and Black/Green. They all feature a script font “Supreme” embroidery across the front panel with a White “#1″ embroidery on the side.

Another New Era 59Fifty style is called “SNY” come in Black, Blue, Grey, Green, Navy, and Red. They all have an interlocked “SNY” embroidery on the front panel with a small “World Famous” embroidery on the side.

The Box Logo has always been a fan favorite and  if it’s not broken, why fix it? They created six colorways of their signature “Box Logo” style in Grey, Navy, Light Blue, Red, Green, and Black. They all feature a “Supreme” embroidery on the front panel of the hat. No set date when all three of these styles will be released, but if you keep a close eye on us we will let you know as soon as possible.

We’re almost out of the woods. The post Superbowl, Pre-Spring Training time of year is a tough one for sports fans, unless of course your a die hard NBA fan. During this time Sunday’s become long and drawn out, Monday nights are ordinary again, with nothing to offer besides a brief reprieve before the rest of the grueling work week. Sports talk radio stinks because the announcers have nothing to talk about so they ramble on for hours about nonsensical sports stories that no one cares about. Fortunately this only lasts for a brief time, otherwise I’m not sure what sports fans would do. Spring Training marks the near end of what I call the dead zone of the sports year.Its a time of excitement, a time for baseball fans to rejoice the coming of a new season. I must admit with the emergence of Linsanity this years dead zone was bearable but thank goodness its almost over.

Hall Of Famer James Augustus “Catfish” Hunter, Major League Baseball career lasted 15-years. The right-handed pitcher played for the Oakland Athletics and New York Yankees. Originally from Hertford, North Carolina, Catfish was a the 5 Time World series champion, an American League Cy Young Award winner and in 1974 the Pitcher of the year. In 1975, Hunter set a record as the highest paid pitcher in baseball. Catfish had 2,012 career strike outs. He passed in 1999 at his home after a fall. He was suffering at the time with Lou Gehrig’s Disease.
