The tale of two Suns. Two baseball teams have played in Jacksonville, Florida since 1962. The Triple-A International League team was active from 1962–1968. The current Double-A team, playing in the Southern league have played from 1970 to the present day. The Suns are an affiliate of the Florida Miami Marlins. This logo is alternate designated for the team’s cap. The design was used from 2004 to 2009. Here’s an odd observation. The name Jesus crossed my mind while staring at this fitted baseball cap.
