In 1993, K1X was created in Munich which represents both the basketball and hip hop cultures. In commemoration of their successes, they created a fitted baseball cap style called “It 93″. This New Era 59Fifty features a simple Black/White color scheme with a Black base and two characters, “9″ and “3″, embroidered onto the front panel in White. The characters represent both of the cultures that helped their brand grow and the year that they started off. It also has a White embroidery on the side panel which says, “Beats & Basketball”.
